About Us
Building Energy Rating Consultants (BER Consultants) has its office at Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny, beside the Waterford/Clonmel Road. The business is headed by Stephen Calnan, who is registered BER assessor with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI). With his building construction education background and further energy solution training, he has built up significant expertise in providing energy solutions and BER certification.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Technology (Ed) degree from the University of Limerick and taught Construction Studies at De La Salle College in Waterford for a number of years. He has undertaken further training for his role with BERC:
